Hi! I'm Dana :)
I was born in the beautiful shadows of the Eastern Colorado Rocky Mountains. Moving from there and growing up in a small town in Wyoming, I always felt a longing to “go, do, and be” – a roaming spirit, if you will.

Through various employment opportunities, I have been able to travel throughout the US. Every new state I visited reminded me that our country is amazing and beautiful. For that reason, I am unbelievably excited to begin exploring other portions of North America with my amazing husband, Jason.
A bit about my professional background. For most of my career I was in healthcare administration – starting as an admin assistant and eventually working up to an executive role. What I loved most about my career was the amazing people who mentored me as well as those who allowed me to mentor them. I hope I made an impact! However, I have much more in my wheelhouse than healthcare. I’ve dabbled in marketing and graphic design, been an assistant bank manager, and even did a stint as a financial planner. Each of my employment industries have opened me up to new and exciting (and applicable) skills that I rely on every day.
People who know me know that education has always been important to me. As I’ve said to them, no matter what happens, no one can take my education away. I was blessed to have the support of Jason while obtaining my undergraduate degree. Then, moving east to New York, I was fortunate to have been given the opportunity to earn my Executive MBA from Columbia Business School - graduating in ’17. Again, I couldn’t have achieved that momentous goal if it weren’t for Jason – who still, after 16 years together, makes my heart swell.
Yet, with all of life’s professional and educational blessings, I can honestly say that I am most proud and honored to be a wife, mother, grandmother (“Gigi”), sister, and daughter. Remaining grounded in what matters most in life was truly a major catalyst for my and Jason’s decision to hit the road together – just “being”…
Thanks for reading a little bit about me - hope to see some of you out there on the road!
