Rebate Cards - One Method to Fully Deplete Them

Have you received these rebate cards and wondered how you can fully utilize them to YOUR advantage? Over the years I've received numerous rebate cards and always managed to leave a small amount behind; this frustrated me because, after all, it is MY money.

The other day I was placing an order through Amazon and wanted to use a rebate card as a partial payment. Unfortunately, I was unable to locate a place to do so...perhaps it doesn't exist. If you know of a way, please comment. Anyways, during my frustration a light bulb suddenly lit up; 'Jason, use the rebate card to purchase an Amazon gift card and apply that to the purchase'.

Bam!! Five minutes later, an Amazon gift card code was received and what would have cost over $200 only cost about $20. Woohoo!! Success!! Balance of $0.00 on the rebate card!
